Peru Decaf - Medium

Decaffeinated by the Swiss Water® method which removes caffeine by gently soaking green beans in water. The water absorbs caffeine from the beans, and is then repeatedly carbon filtered until 99.9% of the caffeine is removed

Tasting notes: The smooth taste follows with hazelnut crème, oolong tea and some mild herbs, spices and sweet almonds. The finish leaves a dusting of dark chocolate.
